Step1:  Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). An 8-inch springform pan should be greased. Put aside for later.

Step2:  Combine one and a half cups of flour, one cup of sugar, two teaspoons of lemon zest, one teaspoon of lemon juice, and one-fourth of a teaspoon of white salt to make the crumb topping. When the mixture resembles coarse sand, cutting in cold butter should be done. Put aside for later.
