Simple Pickled Red Cabbage Recipe

With rice wine vinegar, chilli peppers, garlic, and other spices, pickled red cabbage may be made in minutes. This acidic, crunchy condiment goes well with salads, tacos, and your favourite meat.

It is important to ensure that the chilli slices, ginger root, mustard seeds, peppercorns, and garlic cloves are divided evenly between the two glass jars.

It is recommended that the cabbage be sliced extremely thinly.

While the vinegar, water, sugar, and salt are being heated, a pot of medium size should be added to the mixture and heated over medium heat.

 Perform a good mixing, then bring to a boil.

Immediately following the pouring of the liquid over the cabbage and spices, the jars should be filled with the mixture.

Please allow it to cool down for ten minutes. The food can be preserved by covering it and putting it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
