First, cut one tomato down the middle. Then, cut two slices out of the middle and set them away. Take the seeds out of the rest of the tomato and grate the meat. Throw away the skin.

In the same way, remove the seeds and grate the rest of the tomatoes. Then, mix the garlic with the grated tomato meat. Put the mixture into a 16-cm baking dish after seasoning it.

Set the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Place the feta block inside the spicy tomatoes. Then add the sliced tomatoes, chilli, oregano, olive oil, and a pinch of sea salt on top.

Put the lid on the dish and bake for 15 minutes. Then take the lid off and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve hot with pitta or keto breads on the side to dip in.
