Delicious Lime Curd Recipe

Love limes' lip-puckering flavour? Try this simple lime curd! This tart curd is ideal for various desserts and can be made in minutes in the microwave.

– 1 cup granulated sugar – 3 eggs yolks and white – 1 cup fresh lime juice about 12 lime – 1 tablespoon lime zest from about 4-6 lime – ½ cup unsalted butter melted

Mix sugar and eggs in a large microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Whisk in melted butter, lime juice, and zest.
