Warm the oven up to 350F. Add the extract, sugar, flour, and cornflour to the butter and beat it until it's smooth.

Finally, add the cookies. Add the coconut and mix it in. Roll or press the dough into a disc or ball, then cover it with plastic wrap. Put in the fridge for an hour.

Shape dough into balls with a small 1-inch cookie scoop. Place the balls 1 inch apart on a cookie sheet that has not been greased.

After 14 minutes, the cookies are done when the bottom edge starts to turn a little brown.

Take them out of the oven and leave them on the baking sheet for 5 minutes to cool down. Then carefully move to a rack for cooling.
