DRY INGREDIENTS – 2 cups all purpose flour – 1 1/2 cups oat flour – 1 1/2 cups sugar – 1 tsp cinnamon – 1 1/2 tsp baking powder – 1/2 tsp baking soda – 1/2 tsp salt WET INGREDIENTS – 1 cup apple cider – 3/4 cup applesauce – 3/4 cup vegetable oil, I use safflower – 3 large eggs, room temperature – 2 tsp vanilla extract TOPPING – 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted – 1/4 cup sugar – 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Warm the oven up to 350F. Spread a lot of butter and flour all over your bundt pan, making sure to cover every part. Do not skip this!

In a big bowl, mix the dry ingredients with a whisk. In a different bowl, mix the wet ingredients with a whisk.

Step 2

Mix the wet and dry items together with a whisk until they are just mixed. Put the batter into the pan that has been prepared.

Step 3

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the middle comes out clean after being inserted. Place the pan on a rack to cool for 15 minutes.

For the top, mix the sugar and cinnamon together. Flip the cake over onto a plate.

Spread the hot butter over the whole thing and then sprinkle the sugar all over it.
