In a bowl, combine the peppers, onion, garlic, and cucumbers. Then, sprinkle the kosher salt over the top and toss to ensure that the salt is well distributed.

Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and cover it with plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator for two to four hours, stirring it occasionally.

Clean the cucumbers by rinsing them in a colander under cold water until all of the salt has been removed. Drain the water thoroughly.
