Our spaghetti dinner for two comes with king prawns and harissa sauce. It's easy to make and healthy, so it's great for a meal in the middle of the week.

– 100g long-stem broccoli, cut into third– 180g dried spaghetti, regular or wholemeal– 2 tbsp olive oil– 1 large garlic clove, lightly bashed– 150g cherry tomatoes, halved– 150g raw king prawn– 1 heaped tbsp rose harissa paste– 1 lemon, finely zested

Boil a pan of lightly salted water. Boil broccoli for 1 minute 30 seconds till soft. Drain and set aside. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and reserve a ladleful of cooking water.

Make the oil hot in a big pan. Add the garlic clove and cook it for two minutes over low heat. Take it out with an angled spoon and throw it away, but don't throw away the flavoured oil.

Fry tomatoes in the pan over medium heat for 5 minutes until softened and juicy. Stir in the prawns and simmer for 2 minutes until pink. Stir in harissa and lemon zest.

Put the cooked spaghetti and pasta water in a bowl with the harissa and prawns. Add the broccoli and mix it in. Season to taste and serve.
