– 2 pounds chicken wings, drumettes and flats separated– Cooking Spray– Salt and pepper– Sauce of choice

INSTRUCTIONS
Warm up the air fryer to 400°F. Use paper towels to dry the wings, then put them in a big bowl. Add salt and pepper, and then toss everything together.

Use food spray on the air fryer basket. Place some of the chicken wings in the basket so that they are all in one layer and don't touch.

Fry the chicken wings in the air for 20 minutes, turning them over once during that time.

Move the wings to a big bowl, and then cook the rest of the wings in the same way. (The temperature inside the wings must hit 165°F.)

Toss the bowl to mix in the sauce of your choice. Warm up and serve.
